Golf Equipment

Golf equipment is the be all of everything that is connected to this great game of Golf, without it we couldn't play the game we all love. The equipment we use comes in a multitude of items, ranging from the most important........the golf clubs to the lesser item of, lets say a ball marker (as we all know, anything could be used as a ball marker, as long as it can't be blown away).

The golf clubs we use are very personal to us, that's why when you become an accomplished golfer, you more often than not, get them custom fitted, from the driver down to the putter, yes the putter should be fitted to you as well, it is after all the most used club in the bag.

The golf ball is just as important and should also be the only ball you use that matches your style of play. Even though when you first start out playing, as long as it's white, round and has dimples, it will be used.

Most of the equipment we use is mostly a Brand favourite, one that we have used for the best part of playing the game, for some that could be anything up to 30 years plus, it could also be a fickle part of our obsession for the game, new and attractive Brands like King Cobra, Calloway, Nike, Srixon, Taylormade and Titleist, to name but a few, change throughout the years, more colour, attractive designs, improved technology, they are all there just drawing you in as you enter the Pro shop or your nearest golf retailer.

Either way we are like a child in a sweet shop when it comes to purchasing our golf equipment and if you have the money to buy, that's exactly what you will do, more often to the "I can't believe you spent that much money on a bloody golf club" statement from your partner, as much as you say it will improve your game, they will never understand.
